Founded in 2008, New Wind originally established itself as a
nationwide leader in customized employee policies, crafting
employee handbooks for businesses and non-profits
throughout the USA. New Wind stopped providing such
services in 2013, and instead expanded into the area of
Personnel Management resources, such as HR forms and
business guidebooks. These products and services are now
handled by a separate division of the company: Genuine HR.
In 2012, New Wind began its publishing division: Reader Hill.
Under the Reader Hill imprint, the company publishes fictional
e-books and paperbacks. Business books are published under
a separate imprint: Loyal Guide.
In 2014, we began our Public Author division, designing
author websites and offering publishing services to writers.
